Mark said that it makes the console region-free, gives it more memory, allows you to save more games and gives you cheat codes. He shows us some of the cheats such as Virtua Fighter 2 Underwater. He said one game, which he cannot pronounce, will not play on his Saturn, so there may be more that do not work. He highly recommends it.
